私隱政策 Privacy Policy
SpareCam 不會收集、儲存或分享任何個人資料。資料不會離開你的裝置。無需帳戶，沒有分析、廣告、追蹤，亦沒有 SpareCam 伺服器。App Store 私隱標籤為「不收集數據」。此聲明與 App 內 PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy（收集資料類型為空、追蹤為 false）以及實際程式行為一致。
SpareCam does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Nothing leaves your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no SpareCam servers. The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. This matches the app’s PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy (empty collected-data types, tracking false) and actual behavior.
此 App 做甚麼 What this app does
SpareCam 使用你 iPhone 的相機，偵測你選擇的場景中的動作——例如你擁有的裝置監看門口或工作區。偵測到動作時，會錄製短片並儲存到相簿。 SpareCam uses your iPhone’s camera to detect motion in a scene you choose — for example a doorway or work area on a device you own. When motion is detected, it records a video clip and saves it to your Photos library.
此 App 不做甚麼 What this app does not do
無需帳戶。我們不營運接收你影片的伺服器。此 App 不會向我們上傳片段、分析數據或遙測資料。設計為前景監控；要開住 SpareCam 先錄得，離開 App 會即刻停止監控。 No account is required. We do not operate any servers that receive your video. This app does not upload clips, analytics, or telemetry to us. It is designed for foreground monitoring; SpareCam must stay open to record, and monitoring stops as soon as you leave the app.
資料與權限（裝置上） Data and permissions (on device)
- 相機及麥克風： Camera and microphone: 只在你的裝置上用作偵測動作和錄影。麥克風可選，可隨時關閉錄音。 used only on your device to detect motion and record clips. Microphone is optional; turn off Record Audio anytime.
- 相片： Photos: 片段儲存到「相片」的「SpareCam」相簿。「僅加入相片」已足夠儲存；完整取用屬可選，用於在 App 內播放、分享與刪除。 clips are saved to a “SpareCam” album in Photos. “Add Photos Only” is enough to save; Full Access is optional for playing, sharing, and deleting inside SpareCam.
- 通知： Notifications: 只有本地通知（例如片段儲存、時間表開始、偵測到動作）。 local notifications only (for example clip saved, schedule start, motion detected).
- 設定： Settings: 只儲存在裝置上（UserDefaults；隱私營養標籤 Required Reason API：CA92.1）。 stored on your device only (UserDefaults; Privacy Nutrition Label Required Reason API: CA92.1).
- 購買： Purchases: SpareCam Pro 由 Apple App Store 處理付款，我們不會收到你的付款資料。 SpareCam Pro is paid through the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details.
iCloud 相片 iCloud Photos
如你在 iOS 設定中啟用 iCloud 相片，已儲存的片段可能透過 Apple 系統同步到其他裝置。此同步完全由你的裝置與 Apple 之間進行——SpareCam 沒有自訂雲端後端。 If you enable iCloud Photos in iOS Settings, saved clips may sync to your other Apple devices through Apple’s system. That sync is entirely between your device and Apple — SpareCam does not run a custom cloud backend.
追蹤與第三方 Tracking and third parties
SpareCam 不追蹤你，亦沒有追蹤網域。沒有廣告 SDK、沒有分析 SDK、沒有 SpareCam 自營伺服器接收你的內容。 SpareCam does not track you and declares no tracking domains. There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no SpareCam-operated server that receives your content.
負責任使用 Responsible use
請只在你有權監控的空間、以及你擁有的裝置上使用 SpareCam。這是個人工具，並非隱蔽監控軟件，亦非專業保安系統。 Use SpareCam only in spaces you are allowed to monitor and on devices you own. This is a personal tool, not covert surveillance software, and not a professional security system.
