片段沒有儲存 Clips aren’t saving
請到「設定 > SpareCam」允許「相片」存取。「僅加入相片」已足夠儲存片段。 Allow Photos access in Settings > SpareCam. “Add Photos Only” is enough to save clips.
監控停止 Monitoring stops
iOS 只容許 App 在前景時使用相機。請保持 SpareCam 開啟並接駁電源。轉 App 或者鎖機就會停。 iOS only allows the camera while SpareCam is open in the foreground. Keep it open and plugged in. Switching apps or locking the phone stops monitoring.
手機過熱 Phone gets hot
SpareCam 會自動降低畫質；太熱時會暫停，降溫後自動恢復錄影。請放在通風位置，避免陽光直射。 SpareCam lowers quality automatically, pauses if it gets too hot, and resumes once it cools down. Keep it ventilated and out of direct sunlight.
片段太多或太少 Too many or too few clips
在設定調校動作靈敏度或偵測範圍（最多 3 個區域）。 Adjust motion sensitivity or detection regions (up to 3) in Settings.
恢復購買 Restore purchase
在 Pro 頁面點「恢復購買」，使用同一個 Apple ID 即可。Pro 係一次性購買，冇訂閱。 Tap “Restore Purchases” on the Pro screen while signed in with the same Apple ID. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
退款 Refunds
App Store 購買的退款由 Apple 處理： App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com。

使唔使帳戶？ Do I need an account?
唔使。SpareCam 冇帳戶、冇廣告、冇 SpareCam 雲端伺服器。 No. SpareCam has no accounts, no ads, and no SpareCam cloud servers.
Pro 係咩？ What is Pro?
一次性升級（USD $4.99，各地區價錢以 App Store 為準），解鎖多段時間表。核心監察功能永久免費。 A one-time upgrade (USD $4.99; regional App Store price may vary) that unlocks multiple schedule windows. Core monitoring stays free forever.
可唔可以背景錄或者遠端睇？ Background recording or remote viewing?
唔可以。要開住 App 先錄得。正式版冇遠端即時預覽；錄咗嘅片喺「相片」睇。 No. The app must stay open to record. The shipping build has no remote live preview; review clips in Photos.
夜視係咪紅外線？ Is night vision true IR?
唔係。SpareCam 用低光增強，並非真正紅外線夜視。 No. SpareCam uses low-light boost, not true infrared night vision.
係咪專業保安系統？ Is it a professional security system?
唔係。請勿用於安全攸關用途。只喺你有權監控嘅空間使用。 No. Don’t rely on it for safety-critical use. Only monitor spaces you’re allowed to.
